Preconstruction Manager / Senior Estimator

A growing design-build commercial general contractor is looking for a Preconstruction Manager / Senior Estimator to join its Texas team. You'll lead budgets and estimates from early concept through buyout and report directly to regional leadership.

What You'll Do

• Lead conceptual, schematic and hard-bid estimates for commercial design-build projects
• Work with owners, architects and engineers early to shape budgets and scope
• Build and manage bid packages, scope sheets and trade contractor coverage
• Provide value engineering, constructability and cost-saving ideas
• Hand projects off cleanly to operations with a clear budget and buyout plan
• Grow relationships with trade partners across North Texas

What You Bring

• 5+ years with a general contractor, including 3+ years in preconstruction or estimating
• Design-build experience is a strong plus
• Strong command of quantity takeoffs, cost data and estimating software
• Clear communication and a team-first approach
• A degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience
