PRECONSTRUCTION & BID COORDINATOR – TOWACO, NJ
A New Jersey public works general contractor in Towaco is hiring an on-site Preconstruction & Bid Coordinator. Base pay is $85,000 - $115,000, with a discretionary year-end bonus and benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ 3+ years in bid coordination, preconstruction, or estimating support
✔️ New Jersey public-project experience required
✔️ Experience preparing public bid documentation
✔️ Comfortable with bid-management software, PDF tools, Excel, and Outlook
✔️ Valid driver’s license; role includes in-person bid delivery and openings
COMPENSATION:
💰 $85,000 - $115,000
🎯 Discretionary year-end bonus
