PM/Estimator, Jacksonville, FL
A well-established commercial drywall subcontractor is seeking a PM/Estimator to bid and manage commercial projects.
What you'll do:
- Perform takeoffs and prepare competitive bids for framing and drywall
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes
- Manage awarded projects, including schedules, submittals, and RFIs
- Process change orders and pay applications
- Coordinate with general contractors and field leadership
What you bring:
- 5+ years of commercial drywall estimating and/or project management
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff or similar software
- Strong knowledge of metal stud framing and drywall systems
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
