Plant Manager - Feed Milling | Columbus, NE

A growing livestock feed company is hiring a Plant Manager - Feed Milling to run day-to-day operations at its Columbus facility.

Highlights

• Develop, document and enforce SOPs
• Work on a small team where decisions happen quickly
• Run day-to-day mill operations, including production, quality, safety and maintenance
• Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
• Oversee budgets, the plant P&L and ingredient purchasing
• Bachelor's in Ag, Milling or Food Science is a plus
• Must live within a reasonable commute of the facility (relocation possible)
• At least 3 years in feed milling or food manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or management role
• Interviews are happening now

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary $115k-$130k DOE
