This multi-state firm is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience in the plaintiff's personal injury space while working in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of litigation from intake through resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development
- Maintain strong client communication and case management practices
Qualifications
- 1+ years of litigation experience (personal injury strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
- Admitted to the Arizona Bar and in good standing
- Strong writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Professional transparency regarding any past grievances (not disqualifying, but must be disclosed)
