Personal Lines Account Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Your Experience Deserves to Be Valued
Are you an experienced Personal Lines insurance professional looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of your book of business, build lasting client relationships, and be part of a team that truly values your expertise?
Our client is a well-established, growing local insurance agency looking to add an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to their team.
This is more than a policy-servicing role. You'll have the opportunity to become a trusted resource for your clients, work closely with insurance carriers, and play an important role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
If you have 3+ years of Personal Lines experience, an active P&C license, and take pride in providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of an established Personal Lines book of business and serve as a key point of contact for your clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Manage the day-to-day servicing of an established Personal Lines book.
- Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and cancellations.
- Review policies and coverage to identify potential gaps and opportunities.
- Assist clients with Homeowners, Auto, Personal Umbrella, and other Personal Lines products.
- Work directly with clients and carriers to resolve coverage, billing, claims, and policy issues.
- Market and remarket accounts to find competitive coverage and pricing.
- Prepare proposals, applications, certificates, and other insurance documentation.
- Stay ahead of renewals and proactively communicate with clients.
- Provide knowledgeable, personalized guidance throughout the insurance process.
- Stay current on insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and market conditions.
What You Bring

Required:

- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Strong understanding of Personal Lines products and coverage.
- Experience with Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, and related personal insurance products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage a book of business.
- Comfortable working with EPIC agency management systems and Microsoft Office.
Most importantly: You bring a professional, service-minded approach and genuinely enjoy helping clients find the right insurance solutions.
Why You'll Like This Opportunity
- Established local agency with a strong reputation for putting clients first.
- Meaningful client relationships rather than simply processing transactions.

- Competitive compensation based on experience.
- Benefits package available.
- Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities.
- Opportunity to make an impact within a growing organization.
