PEMB Foreman

I'm partnering with an established contractor that is looking to add a PEMB Foreman to lead pre-engineered metal building erection crews throughout the Phoenix area's East Valley.

They're looking for a hands-on leader who can run the crew, read the drawings and keep every job safe, on schedule and built right.

What You'll Do

• Lead PEMB erection crews
• Plan daily work, manpower and equipment
• Read and interpret erection drawings
• Oversee frames, purlins, wall panels and roofing
• Enforce fall protection and rigging safety
• Train and mentor crew members

What You Bring

• Hands-on pre-engineered metal building erection experience
• Crew leadership experience
• Ability to read erection drawings
• Rigging and equipment knowledge
• Commitment to safety (OSHA 10/30 a plus)
• Reliable transportation
