A highly regarded law firm in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a Probate Paralegal to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with trust and estate experience to work alongside an established group of attorneys in a collaborative, professional environment.
What You’ll Do
• Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration matters.
• Prepare and file probate pleadings, petitions, and related legal documents.
• Manage estate administration timelines, deadlines, and court filings.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other professionals.
• Assist with estate-related documentation, accountings, and tax filings.
• Maintain organized case files and support matters from opening through resolution.
What We’re Looking For
• Prior experience as a probate, trusts, and estates paralegal.
• Familiarity with probate administration and trust matters.
• Experience with estate tax filings, including Forms 706 and 709, is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
