Original job description

A well-established, nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (Of Counsel / Junior Partner level) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who enjoys handling both single-plaintiff employment matters and complex wage & hour class actions in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of employment litigation experience, including strong exposure to wage & hour matters and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution. Experience with FEHA claims and advising employers on compliance is highly valued. Candidates with a mix of plaintiff and defense experience are encouraged to apply; prior billing experience is a plus. A portable book is not required, though certainly welcomed. Active licensure in California is required.

This role offers flexibility with a fully remote option anywhere in the U.S., along with meaningful client interaction and the opportunity to take ownership of sophisticated, high-impact matters.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive compensation in the range of $225K–$275K, plus bonus opportunities
  • Flexible hybrid or fully remote work model
  • Hands-on responsibility with complex litigation
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and parental leave
  • 401(k) with employer contribution

If you’re looking to step into a role that offers autonomy, strong compensation, and long-term growth potential within a respected platform, this could be a great fit.

If you’re ready for more ownership, better exposure, and a team that actually supports your growth - let’s connect.
