Mitigation Manager - Restoration

A growing, well-respected restoration company in the Lancaster, PA area is hiring a Mitigation Manager to lead its water, fire and mold mitigation team! This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in helping property owners get back on their feet after a loss. You'll guide crews from the first emergency call through drying and close-out, keep jobs running smoothly, and be the go-to person for customers, adjusters and your team.

MITIGATION MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and schedule mitigation crews on water, fire, smoke and mold losses
• Assess losses on site, build scopes and make sure jobs are documented properly
• Monitor drying progress, equipment and job costs to keep projects on schedule and on budget
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, property managers and insurance adjusters
• Train, mentor and motivate technicians while keeping safety a top priority
• Work with the reconstruction team for a smooth handoff on every job

MITIGATION MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience managing water, fire and/or mold mitigation projects in the restoration industry
• Proven ability to lead crews and juggle multiple jobs at once
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills
• Comfortable with job documentation and estimating software
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $75,000 - $90,000
