Mill Manager

A well-run feed and nutrition company wants an experienced Mill Manager to take ownership of its Hutchinson plant.

Highlights

• Develop, document and enforce SOPs
• Oversee budgets, the plant P&L and ingredient purchasing
• Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
• Work on a small team where decisions happen quickly
• Run day-to-day mill operations, including production, quality, safety and maintenance
• At least 3 years in feed milling or food manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or management role
• Bachelor's in Ag, Milling or Food Science is a plus
• Must live within a reasonable commute of the facility (relocation possible)

• Base salary $112k-$128k DOE
