A well-run feed and nutrition company wants an experienced Mill Manager to take ownership of its Marshall plant.

- Write and implement company SOPs
- Lean team with fast decision-making
- Responsible for P&L, budgeting and grain procurement
- Lead continuous-improvement efforts to boost throughput and efficiency
- Lead the production team and oversee daily operations: production, quality, safety and maintenance
- 3+ years of feed milling or food production experience; manager or supervisor experience highly desired
- Degree in Agriculture, Milling Science or Food Science preferred
- Willing to live within a reasonable commute of the mill
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $110k-$126k DOE
