Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and JV and operating agreements
- Manage transactions from start to finish
- Work directly with partners and clients on sophisticated commercial real estate deals
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar admission
- 4-7 years of transactional real estate experience
Compensation and benefits:
- $225,000-$275,000 base, with a 1,800 billable-hour requirement
