Original job description
Mass tort paralegals: earn $65K–$95K, start benefits the first of the month after hire, and work closely with attorneys and firm leadership on dockets where your work matters.
Our recruiting team is working directly with the leadership of a well-established plaintiffs' litigation firm that is adding a Mass Torts Paralegal to its Dallas office. This Mass Torts Paralegal role is for an experienced professional who wants meaningful involvement in asbestos and mass tort cases, helping manage active dockets alongside a high-performing legal team rather than sitting on the sidelines. Full-time, in-office.
The firm wants a Mass Torts Paralegal who's ready to grow and advance with it over the long term, so this is a role to build on, not a stopgap.
What We Need
- 5+ years of mass torts paralegal experience (preferred)
- Managing mass tort dockets from inception through resolution
- Strong organization, deadline management, and communication
- Word, Excel, Outlook, ECF/PACER, and case-management software
- Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long term
What You Get
- $65K–$95K, depending on experience
- Meaningful, hands-on involvement in asbestos and mass tort litigation
- Close work with attorneys and firm leadership
- Medical from the first of the month after hire, plus dental, vision, and a 401(k) match
- 15 days PTO
- A professional, organized, and collaborative environment
Pay is competitive at the top of the market for an individual with similar experience.
Apply through this posting and a member of our recruiting team will follow up to share full details on the role and the firm. All applications are handled confidentially.
