Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for more than just another job?

Imagine working with newer automated equipment, having real opportunities to advance your career, and joining a company that genuinely invests in its employees.

A respected, farmer-owned dairy manufacturer in southwestern Wisconsin is looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to join its growing team.

This is an opportunity to work with advanced robotics, PLCs, automated packaging equipment, and dairy processing systems while building a long-term career with a company that values its people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated production equipment.

• Maintain PLCs, VFDs, robotics, pumps, conveyors, and packaging machinery.

• Diagnose equipment failures and restore production safely and efficiently.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Support industrial utilities and equipment reliability.

• Follow GMP, LOTO, and food safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

• Manufacturing maintenance experience required; food and beverage preferred.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.

• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, robotics, and automated equipment.

• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot industrial machinery.

• Refrigeration, boilers, wastewater, or dairy processing experience is a plus.

Newer Technology: Work with advanced automation, robotics, PLCs, and modern dairy processing equipment.

Paid Education & Certifications: Continue developing your skills with company-paid certifications and secondary education.

Generous Paid Time Off: Prorated 136 hours of PTO available upfront, plus 10 paid holidays.

Excellent Benefits: Competitive medical, dental, vision, and mental health/wellbeing benefits.

Wellness Reimbursement: Get reimbursed for qualifying wellness activities and hobbies, including cycling and hunting supplies.

24/7 Fitness Center: Access an on-site fitness center around the clock.

Free Dairy Products: Enjoy fresh dairy products produced at the facility.

Ready for a Better Opportunity?
