gpac has partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a dependable Machine Maintenance Technician for 1st shift. This role is responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing plant machinery and equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform planned, preventative, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete necessary repairs.
- Identify potential problems and quality concerns.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Work independently and collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
- Adapt to new equipment, technology, and processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
