Machine Maintenance/Repair

gpac has partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a dependable Machine Maintenance Technician for 1st shift. This role is responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing plant machinery and equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform planned, preventative, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete necessary repairs.
• Identify potential problems and quality concerns.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Work independently and collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Adapt to new equipment, technology, and processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
