What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and ancillary documents
• Lead due diligence and structuring workstreams
• Handle add-on acquisitions, exits and post-closing issues (earnouts, indemnification)
• Support general corporate and financing matters

What You Bring

• 2+ years of M&A or corporate transactional experience
• Strong drafting and attention to detail
• Colorado bar admission, or eligibility to obtain it
