Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position Summary
The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide high-quality behavioral health services to clients of all ages. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapy, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
- Provide individual, family, and couples counseling.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in case consultations and treatment team meetings.
- Educate clients and families on coping strategies and available community resources.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Active LMFT or LCSW license in the state of practice (required).
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field.
- Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
