Litigation Paralegal

This role involves supporting attorneys through all phases of complex federal litigation and administrative proceedings, assisting with government investigations, and reviewing new regulations. Background:

• Strong understanding of federal court procedures, experience managing discovery and electronic filings, and an interest in regulatory and administrative law and new regulations
• Format, proofread, and cite check legal filings (pleadings, motions, briefs, appendices, proposed orders)
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings
• Organize exhibits and supplemental filings
• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate is preferred
