My team is partnering confidentially with a well-regarded client seeking a Litigation Attorney – Liability and Insurance Coverage in Remote – ID. This is a strong opportunity for a professional looking for meaningful work and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery and motion practice
• Take and defend depositions and prepare cases for mediation and trial
• Draft clear case evaluations and reports for clients
• Collaborate with partners and support staff on case strategy

Requirements

• Litigation experience in liability, insurance coverage, wrongful death and/or bad faith matters
• Active bar license in good standing: Idaho
• Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
