Litigation Associate, Trial and Defense (5-7 years)

I'm working with a reputable law firm seeking a Litigation Associate with 5 to 7 years of experience to join its Trial and Defense practice. This is a great fit for a strong writer who is proactive, organized and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $190,000 to $210,000 annually.

What you'll do:

• Take depositions and attend hearings and mediations
• Draft pleadings, briefs, interrogatories and document requests
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw and Lexis
• Review document productions and submit court filings

What you'll bring:

• J.D., class of 2017 to 2020, with excellent academic credentials
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts; additional New England bars preferred
• Exceptional legal writing and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects and resolve problems quickly
