What you'll do:

• Handle litigation matters from intake through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions and manage written discovery
• Appear at hearings, mediations, and court conferences
• Work directly with clients and partners on case strategy

What you bring:

• 1+ years of civil litigation experience
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Solid organization and the ability to manage a caseload
