Licensed Survey Manager (PLS) - Remote

Gpac is partnering with an established engineering and surveying firm to find a Licensed Survey Manager for a remote role supporting its Pittsburgh, PA operations. Candidates must live in Pennsylvania or within six hours of Pittsburgh. You'll lead survey operations across a variety of projects, managing field crews and CAD staff, ensuring quality and compliance, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys
• Manage field crews and CAD staff, including scheduling and quality control
• Review and sign survey plats and deliverables
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on scope and schedule
• Ensure work meets state standards and firm quality requirements

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
• Must reside in Pennsylvania or within six hours of Pittsburgh
• Experience managing survey crews and projects
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and survey data processing software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
