Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Middle Tennessee demolition and site preparation contractor. The company is adding a Licensed Land Surveyor to its team in Nashville, TN. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Professional Licensed Land Surveyor able to sign off on plans and manage construction staking.
Responsibilities
- Stake and lay out site work for demolition, grading and utility projects
- Sign off on plans and survey documents as the licensed professional
- Lead construction staking and layout
- Manage survey crews and field data
Requirements
- Professional Licensed Land Surveyor able to sign off on plans and manage construction staking.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
