Licensed Architect (RA) – Multi-Sector Design Firm – [Columbus, Ohio] Salary: $80,000 – $130,000, based on experience Our client, a well-established architecture firm, is hiring a Licensed Architect to join its growing studio. You'll lead and contribute to projects across healthcare, education, commercial and multi-family, with real ownership from design through construction administration.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams from concept through construction documents and construction administration
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients
- Produce and review drawings and BIM models in Revit
- Mentor junior staff and help keep quality standards high
Requirements
- Active RA license (NCARB a plus)
- 5+ years of architectural experience
- Strong Revit skills
- Experience across a mix of project @types, such as healthcare, education, commercial and multi-family
- Strong communication and coordination skills
