Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an integrated design-build contractor in Southeast Wisconsin. The company is adding a Licensed Architect - Commercial Design-Build to its team in Milwaukee, WI. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Licensed Architect with commercial design-build experience, ideally having worked for a general contractor.
Responsibilities
- Design commercial, industrial and retail design-build projects
- Lead design on commercial design-build projects
- Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams
- Manage code compliance, permitting and consultant coordination
Requirements
- Licensed Architect with commercial design-build experience, ideally having worked for a general contractor.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
