Confidential Opportunity
GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Pacific Northwest custom home builder. The company is adding a Lead Superintendent - Luxury Custom Homes to its team in North Seattle, WA. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.
The Role
Focus: Lead superintendent experience on high-end custom homes.
Responsibilities
- Run luxury custom home builds from foundation to finish
- Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
- Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
- Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners
Requirements
- Lead superintendent experience on high-end custom homes.
- Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
