LEAD ESTIMATOR – PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION – NORTHERN NEW JERSEY!
A leading General Contractor in Northern New Jersey is looking for a Lead Estimator to drive their public construction bidding on projects of $10M+! This role offers $125,000 - $155,000, exceptional career growth, financial stability, and a great work-life balance.
LEAD ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:
✔️ Experience estimating public construction projects of $10M+ as a general contractor
✔️ Knowledge of public bidding procedures, prevailing wage, and bid forms and requirements
✔️ Ability to review drawings and specifications, perform takeoffs, and level subcontractor bids
✔️ Experience leading the bid process and mentoring other estimators
✔️ Strong understanding of construction costs, scopes, and margins
