Lead Concrete Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Own concrete projects from buyout to final closeout
• Keep budgets, forecasts and schedules on track
• Work closely with superintendents and foremen on pour planning
• Coordinate with general contractors, suppliers and the project team
• Handle change orders, pay applications, RFIs and submittals
• Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant project managers

Lead Concrete Project Manager Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial concrete project management experience
• Strong background in structural, tilt-wall and site concrete
• Able to run multiple projects at once
• Solid cost control, scheduling and budgeting skills
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required

Lead Concrete Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
