Our client, a growing, multi-discipline engineering, surveying, and architecture firm in Southwest Michigan, is seeking a mid-level Land Surveyor who wants to learn from a seasoned survey leader and grow into a long-term leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction surveys
- Process field data and prepare survey drawings and legal descriptions
- Conduct records research and boundary analysis
- Support and coordinate field crews
- Work alongside senior surveyors as part of a planned succession path
Requirements:
- LSIT or licensed Professional Surveyor (PS)
- Up to 5 years of land surveying experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar survey software
- Eagerness to learn and grow into leadership
- Primarily an in-office role
