Our client, a well-established, multi-office civil engineering and surveying consulting firm serving communities across Michigan, is seeking a Land Development Engineer to support commercial, residential, and public site development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design site layouts, grading, stormwater management, and utilities
- Prepare site plans, construction drawings, and permit applications
- Coordinate approvals with municipalities and regulatory agencies
- Communicate with developers, owners, and architects
- Assist with construction-phase services and project management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Michigan
- 4+ years of land development / site civil experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong organizational and client-service skills
