An established civil engineering and land development firm is hiring a Land Development Engineer (EIT) in Land O'Lakes, in the Tampa Bay area.
What you'll do:
- Design site layouts, grading, stormwater management and utilities for residential, commercial and mixed-use projects
- Prepare plan sets, calculations, reports and permit submittals in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Coordinate with clients, surveyors, architects and local review agencies through approvals and construction
What you bring:
- EIT certification
- 3+ years of land development experience
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
