I'm partnering with a respected Texas general contractor that is looking to add a K-12 Superintendent to lead new campuses, additions and renovations throughout the Fort Worth area.
They're looking for a field leader who can own aggressive summer schedules, coordinate subcontractors, maintain quality and keep safety at the forefront on occupied campuses.
What You'll Do
- Lead field operations on K-12 new construction, additions and renovations
- Execute work safely on occupied campuses
- Manage summer and phased schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics
- Drive inspections, punch lists and turnover
- Communicate with district representatives and architects
What You Bring
- Superintendent experience on K-12 or public projects
- Occupied campus and phased schedule experience
- OSHA 30
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor management
- Ability to read plans and specifications
- Proactive owner communication
