IT Manager

Location: Tulsa, OK and surrounding areas. Full-time.

About the Firm: Our client is a growing, forward-thinking firm investing in technology to work smarter and serve clients better.

The Role: The firm is seeking an IT Manager to act as the main liaison between the firm and its outside IT company, and to help develop a custom AI operating system for the firm. Full-time position in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the firm and its managed IT provider
• Translate the firm's needs into clear requirements and priorities for the IT partner
• Help plan, develop, test and roll out a custom AI operating system for the firm
• Oversee day-to-day technology, including hardware, software, user accounts and support requests
• Coordinate system upgrades, security practices and vendor relationships
• Train and support staff on new tools and workflows
• Track projects, timelines and budgets with the IT partner

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT management, systems administration or a similar role
• Experience working with outside IT vendors or managed service providers
• Interest in AI tools and automation, with implementation experience a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Clear communicator who can explain technical topics to non-technical staff
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
