**International Tax Manager - Grand Rapids, MI** Pay: $128,000 – $150,000 + bonus potential

What you'll do:
- Advise clients on inbound/outbound structures, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F and transfer pricing
- Review Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118 and international components of provisions
- Mentor seniors and staff; support cross-border business development
What you bring:
- CPA, JD or LLM in Taxation
- 6+ years of tax experience with an international focus, public accounting preferred
- Strong technical research and communication skills
