**Internal Audit Associate (Hybrid) - Pittsburgh, PA**

Pay: $76,000 – $95,000 + bonus potential

Internal audit with flexibility. A well-established Pittsburgh CPA firm is hiring an Internal Audit Associate, full- or part-time, to make rotational same-day visits to member organizations of large regional nonprofits. Full-timers round out the week with external audit work.

What you'll do:

• Review transactions for compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Evaluate financial documents and flag risks with recommendations
• Spot record-keeping processes that can be improved
• Apply professional standards and regulations to keep organizations compliant
• Communicate findings clearly with client leadership

What you bring:

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA or CIA a plus
• 3+ years of recent internal or external audit experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Self-starter who works well independently
