Develop space plans, interior layouts, finish selections, material palettes, and furniture specifications.
Collaborate with architectural and engineering teams to ensure cohesive, integrated design solutions.
Prepare presentations, renderings, design documents, and construction documentation.
Coordinate interior finishes, furnishings, signage, and architectural detailing.

Professional degree in Interior Design from an accredited program.
5+ years of professional interior design experience.
Commercial interior design experience strongly preferred.
Education project experience, including K-12 and/or higher education, highly desirable.
Strong understanding of programming, space planning, material selection, architectural detailing, furniture selection, and signage coordination.
Proficiency with Revit and other design programs.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, preferred.
Strong presentation, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to independently manage design responsibilities and meet project deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $70,000–$90,000, depending on experience.
Performance bonuses.

Paid overtime.
Hybrid work flexibility.
Flexible work hours.
Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.
Professional development and career advancement opportunities.
Company-sponsored events and collaborative team culture.
