Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery and motion practice
- Take and defend depositions and prepare cases for mediation and trial
- Draft clear case evaluations and reports for clients
- Collaborate with partners and support staff on case strategy
Requirements
- 2–4 years of insurance defense experience
- Active bar license in good standing: Massachusetts and Rhode Island (both required)
- Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
