Our client is a well-regarded law firm seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney at the associate level to join their team in Southern California. The role can sit in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego on a hybrid schedule.
What you'll do:
- Advise clients on insurance coverage matters and policy interpretation
- Draft coverage opinions and related correspondence
- Handle coverage disputes and related litigation support
- Work with partners and clients on complex coverage issues across a variety of policies
- Contribute to a collaborative practice group serving sophisticated clients
What you bring:
- Bar admission (newly barred attorneys are welcome)
- Up to 7 years of experience
- Insurance coverage experience preferred; insurance defense, liability defense, or commercial litigation backgrounds also fit
- Strong writing and analytical skills
Compensation and schedule:
Competitive base salary, depending on experience. Hybrid schedule with offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego.
