What you'll do
- Analyze coverage issues and draft coverage opinions
- Litigate declaratory judgment and coverage actions
- Draft motions, briefs, and discovery
- Advise insurer clients on claims
What you bring
- J.D. and active New York bar admission (or eligibility to waive in)
- Insurance coverage experience
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
