Our client, an established immigration law firm, is looking for an Immigration Associate with 3-7 years of experience to join its team. This is a fully in-office position based in Alexandria, VA.
What You'll Need
- 3-7 years of immigration law experience, including at least 3 years in immigration
- Family immigration experience
- Immigration court trial experience
- A degree from a Top 50 law school
- An active bar license in any state (Maryland is helpful)
- Comfort with technology, since the firm uses AI tools heavily in its practice
- Readiness to supervise and mentor junior associates
Nice to Have
- Bilingual in Spanish
