🔧 WE’RE HIRING | HVAC INSTALLATION FOREMAN 🏗️
Step into a leadership role with a well-established commercial mechanical contractor!
🔹 RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a crew of 1–5 HVAC installers
- Oversee HVAC installations and heavy equipment retrofits
- Work with hydronics, ductwork, VFDs, pumps & controls
- Coordinate with the General Foreman to meet safety, quality & schedule goals
🔹 QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of mechanical trade experience
- Completed 4+ year apprenticeship or equivalent
- Qualified to test into a Union HVAC Journeyman position
- Strong leadership, safety & teamwork skills
