Position Overview
The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and supporting design-build and plan-and-spec projects across a variety of project @types. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of HVAC estimating and/or sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC field
• Experience with design-build projects
• Exposure to a variety of commercial project @types
• HVAC, plumbing, and piping experience
• Experience with Quick Pen preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong time-management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
