Develop and maintain effective recruiting pipelines for production, skilled trades, engineering, maintenance, supervisors, managers, and executive-level positions.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, recruiting firms, employee referrals, community organizations, and other channels.
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, establish hiring requirements, conduct interviews, and make selection decisions.
Develop strategies to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention, and recruiting costs.
Build relationships with local schools, technical programs, workforce development organizations, and community resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or other high-volume environments.
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple locations or facilities.
Proven ability to recruit both hourly production employees and salaried leadership/professional talent.
Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with employees from the manufacturing floor through executive leadership.
Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
Ability and willingness to travel between company locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications

SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
