Heavy Equipment Operator

We're hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for commercial and site work projects across the Treasure Valley.

What you'll do:

• Run excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders and skid steers on commercial, utility and site development jobs.
• Read grade stakes and plans, and work safely with crews and ground personnel.
• Do daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience in construction.
• Experience on more than one machine @type. Finish grading is a plus.
• A valid driver's license, and a CDL is a plus.
• A strong safety record and reliable attendance.

Pay and benefits: $28 to $34 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime, benefits and steady work.
