Position Overview
Our client, a South Florida civil contractor, is looking for a mid-level Sitework Estimator.
Responsibilities
- Perform takeoffs for earthwork, grading, drainage and utilities
- Build estimates and bid proposals
- Collect and level sub and supplier quotes
- Support project teams on awarded work
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sitework or civil estimating
- Takeoff software experience
- Solid understanding of site development
- Mid-level estimators encouraged to apply
Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000 - $115,000
- Strong benefits package
- Permanent, long-term role
