Location: Jackson, MI (South-Central Michigan)
Position Overview
Our client, an established heavy civil contractor, is looking for a Heavy Civil Project Manager to join their team in the Jackson, MI (South-Central Michigan) area. This is a permanent, full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from award through closeout
- Own budgets, schedules, change orders and billing
- Coordinate field crews, subs and suppliers
- Be the main point of contact for owners and GCs
- Track cost and report progress
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management in the field
- Strong cost control and scheduling skills
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Strong communication and leadership
Compensation
- Base salary: $130,000 - $170,000
