General Superintendent, South Easton, MA
A well-established commercial drywall and acoustical ceilings subcontractor is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple projects.
What you'll do:
- Monitor production and quality across active projects
- Allocate and move manpower between jobs to meet schedules
- Support, mentor, and develop foremen
- Coordinate with general contractors on schedules and site needs
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture
What you bring:
- Field leadership experience in commercial drywall and ACT
- Experience managing multiple projects and crews
- Strong communication and general contractor relationship skills
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to read plans and specifications
