One of my top clients, a commercial contractor in the OKC area, is looking to add a General Superintendent. This person leads the field team across several commercial projects. It's a good fit for a seasoned superintendent ready to lead other supers.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee field operations across multiple active projects
-Lead, mentor and support project superintendents
-Set field standards for safety, quality and scheduling
-Work with operations leadership on staffing and planning
-Help with preconstruction reviews and schedules
Requirements:
-10+ years of commercial field experience
-Experience leading multiple superintendents or projects at once
-Strong scheduling and leadership skills
-OSHA 30 required
